    Craniosacral therapy is historically deeply connected to science<\/h1>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Our founding fathers were doctors<\/a> and osteopaths<\/a>. Starting from a profound understanding of anatomy and physiology, through rigorous experiment and prolonged study, they arrived at fundamental insights about the movements of the skull and the cerebrospinal fluid.<\/p>\n

      I am very proud to have been asked to speak \u00a0at the Cranio Research Congress<\/a><\/span> in Antwerp in November 2024, on whether and how new developments in craniosacral therapy can \u00a0be understood within the existing theoretical framework.<\/p>\n

        Pre- and perinatal work<\/h1>\n

        We are all born from a mother. The intricate beauty of embryonic development inspires wonder and awe. At the same time having a mother is a deeply personal and not always easy part of our being. Delving into pre- and perinatal work<\/a> has given me a broader understanding of the connection between body and mind and deepened my insights on philosophical issues such as fate or freedom of choice.<\/p>\n
